Upon contract signing, our technical department will collaborate closely with design units to provide complete electrical layout drawings free of charge. We fully support factory inspection during production and ensure all necessary facilitation.


After-Sales Service Commitment

Warranty Period:All products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from commissioning. Any quality-related malfunction during this period will be handled under our full repair/replace/refund policy.

Rapid Response:We guarantee on-site repair within 120 hours for neighboring countries and 168 hours for more distant regions.

Training Support:Free technical training is available for your maintenance personnel.

Installation & Commissioning: We provide complimentary assistance with equipment installation, debugging, and operational startup.

Parts Replacement:During the warranty period, any component failure caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
